As The Core Source’s founder and director, Carolyn Campbell understands that big accomplishments often begin with ideas that don’t make sense on a practical level.
Carolyn is an international speaker and workshop facilitator known for her powerful community-focused marketing and co-creative leadership. Weaving her expertise as a theater director and producer, concept designer, speaker and coach, Carolyn helps people discover the power of their own story, then express themselves in a way that will have greater impact. In a fun, dynamic way, she pushes leaders and business owners to trust AND act on their unique approach to bringing their vision to life –with powerful results.
She has facilitated workshops for the international coaches’ conferences, business associations, global nonprofit organizations and national arts councils. In addition, her writing has been featured in newspapers, magazines, ezines, in print and on the web.
As a business & personal coach, Carolyn guides creative entrepreneurs, healing professionals and non-profit leaders to realize both professional success and fulfilling personal lives. Carolyn weaves her expertise in theater production, business development and public speaking to empower others to prosper with intention – their style, their way.
The seed for The Core Source was planted while Carolyn was working for a corporation in the midst of restructuring. Carolyn founded Core Source Coaching in 2001 focusing her attention on:
Today, Carolyn travels internationally offering workshops, events and seminars to grow businesses, enhance leadership and transform dreams into action. Carolyn has presented to hundreds of professionals through professional organizations, colleges, banks and businesses. Her work has been featured in The Oregonian, OPB, KABU, Portland Community Media, Alternatives Magazine, New Connexions and Entrepreneurial Women.
In addition to coaching, Carolyn facilitates public art projects in schools, jails, hospitals and public organizations, exploring the power of art and personal story. She works with people of all ages to create masks, sculptures, murals and performance.
“Making your passion your business is a very difficult thing to do. Carolyn was invaluable in helping me bridge what I am passionate about with my new business in the Concordia neighborhood. With her help, my wife and I have created the business and life of our dreams.”
